At Furli ("we", "app"), we take the privacy of our users very seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
Pet information (name, species, gender, date of birth, weight), health records (vaccinations, medications, vet visits), device identifier (anonymous user identification), photos (only when uploaded by user), and push notification token.
We use the collected data to provide pet health tracking services, send vaccination and medication reminders, provide AI-powered health analysis, and improve the app experience.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data is only processed by our service providers (Firebase, Google Cloud) for infrastructure purposes.
Your data is stored encrypted on Firebase infrastructure. It is transmitted via HTTPS and protected with industry-standard security measures.
You can delete all your data at any time from the app settings. Account deletion is irreversible and all your data will be permanently removed.
Furli does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
When you sign in with your Google or Apple account, we may send welcome and service-related informational emails to the email address associated with your account. These emails are transactional in nature and directly related to the use of the application. We do not send marketing emails. If you do not wish to receive emails, you can use the unsubscribe link in the email or contact support@furli.app.
